Update billing information

For most of us, life is busy, and we are always on the move. In addition, our credit/debit card information changes constantly. Working alongside Classy, our donation processing platform, we have made it easy for you to update your Bank Transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or Credit/Debit card information. 

Please choose one of the three options below to update your recurring billing information with Classy, our donation processing platform:

1. I Know My Classy Username and Password

Click HERE to be redirected to your Classy login page. Input your username (email address) and password to sign into your account.

2. I don’t remember My Classy Username and Password

Click HERE to be redirected to Classy. Input the email address you most likely used to set up your Classy account. Select Forgot Password, and Classy will send you an email that allows you to reset your password. If the email address is not registered with Classy, try a different email address and repeat the process. 

ONCE SIGNED IN you will have access to your supporter page. Select Finish Line Ministries International as the organization to which you donated.

To manage your recurring donations, select Recurring Donations in the menu. Then, select Manage Donation to adjust your donation amount, frequency, and payment details.

If you miss a recurring donation, you can update your payment details and retry the donation. To retry a missed donation, go to your donation and select Retry. Once you update your payment details, select Retry Donation to process your recurring donation.

3. Please Help Me Update My Information

We are happy to help you update your information for you. Call our Finish Line offices at 614-224-1951 to speak with a member of our administrative team, and they will take care of everything for you.
